Services

Beyond the software: the team that gets it running

When the plant needs it, we step in: we survey how things work today, define the automation improvements and can install them. These are services layered onto the system, defined for each operation.

Professional services

Consulting, automation and technical service

Four services that build on the same system the meatpacking plant later runs on. Each one is defined by what the plant needs.

01
SurveyOptional

Plant survey and automation planning

We walk through the meat plant and survey the actual work workflow: receiving, slaughter, cooling chamber, boning and dispatch. We deliver a plant diagram with the work flow and, based on that, define what automation makes sense to prioritize.

  • Survey of actual workflow, area by area
  • Meat plant diagram with documented work flow
  • Definition of possible automation improvements
  • Scales, data collectors, readers, temperature sensors and labeling
  • Automation priority based on operational impact

What you getThe plant diagram and documented workflow, to validate how the plant operates before system configuration.

02
Consulting

Commercial and business consulting

Support across the entire business, not just software: sales, purchasing, production, administration and personnel. Using the same data that operations already enters, to make decisions with your own numbers.

  • Price list and discount schemes
  • Credit policy and collections
  • Livestock costing and cutting costing
  • Margins by product, customer and salesperson
  • Purchasing, suppliers and materials replenishment
  • Slaughter and boning performance as management metrics
  • Personnel organization, shifts and attendance
  • Indicators and dashboards to monitor the business

What you getManagement criteria defined for each area based on actual plant data, not estimates.

03
On-site installationOptional

Technical service and on-site installation

If needed, our technical team handles the physical installation of all components. Leaves hardware running and connected to the system, not just delivered.

  • Scales and balances
  • Readers, data collectors and label printers
  • Cooling chamber temperature sensors
  • Network and data cabling, including necessary electrical installation

What you getHardware installed, connected and operating against the system.

04
CustomOptional

Custom development

Custom forms, integrations with third-party equipment or systems and plant-specific functionality.

  • Company-specific forms and reports
  • Integrations with third-party equipment or systems
  • Plant-specific workflow functionality
  • Quote based on prior survey

What you getRemains within the same system, with support and updates.

Implementation

How the rollout works

Three stages, from understanding how the company works to having the system running with your own people. The professional services above are defined separately, based on what each plant needs.

  1. 01

    We survey and adapt

We understand how the company works and adjust the system to that workflow, not the other way around.

    • Needs survey by area
    • Definition of company workflows and parameters
    • Configuration of modules, roles and permissions
    • Cloud installation or own server
    • Migration and initial master data load
  2. 02

    Staged implementation

It goes live in stages, area by area, so the plant doesn't stop while changing systems.

    See moreSee less
    • Go-live by area, without stopping operations
    • Training for users in each area
    • Test database with PIN for practice without touching real data
    • Support during the first weeks of use
    • Adjustments on the fly, as issues emerge on the floor
  3. 03

    Implementation complete

The system operates with your own staff, with support and updates throughout the license term.

    • Full workflow operating with your users
    • Users trained by area
    • Licensing with unlimited users and multi-company
    • Support and updates during the license term

What sets us apart

Not a generic ERP with a meat module bolted on

Features the competition doesn't bring, used every day in a meatpacking plant.

Core of the business

Toll-slaughter settlement for clients and ranchers

Third-party slaughter, consignment and records, settlement by kilos or head count and rancher running account with balance. The meat plant's financial engine, integrated into the workflow.

Saves hours

Smart bank reconciliation

Import the bank statement and match it against your transactions with scoring. Auto-reconciles, learns from your rules and creates missing entries: commissions, taxes and VAT.

Counter

Butcher shop point of sale

Counter with receipt and weight-based labels, integrated into the same stock and traceability. From beef half-carcass to end customer, no double entry.

Proactive · AI

Smart alerts and automation

User notifications for guide expiration, transport permits, pre-collections and stock, with alert analytics. Plus an engine that learns from your rules and automates data entry.

Meat in motion

From dispatch to delivery confirmation

Electronic meat waybill, SENASA permit with seal and temperature, scale weighing and route sheet with status by stop and recipient.

Sworn statements, solved

Slaughter records (DDJJ), ONCCA sworn statements on cattle slaughter, National Meat Board ledger, SENASA Annexes III and V and Hilton Quota come directly from the system.

Regulatory compliance

Official paperwork, ready to file

Official documentation is generated from the data the operation already entered, in a printable format. No rebuilding spreadsheets at the close of every period.

We answer your questions

Questions about scope and services

Does it include Cycle 2 (boning)?

Yes, included. It's part of the Meat Plant module: orders, cutting, yields, shrink and recipe, valuation and templates. Not an add-on.

Does it work for a municipal slaughterhouse?

Yes. It supports third-party slaughter and toll-slaughter clients, rancher settlement, municipal ordinance tariff and Res. 40 receipt, without needing to invoice from the system.

Is the meat waybill electronic?

Yes. It issues the Electronic Meat Waybill against ARCA (wsRemCarne), plus internal waybills and receiving slips. It lives within Meat Plant and Stock.

Do I need the full accounting module?

No. The system is modular: you can operate Meat Plant, Traceability and Analytics without Accounting, and activate it only if you need it.

Does it track staff attendance?

Yes. The operator module records clock in and out at the plant, via web or PWA, and accumulates hours and days worked that feed into payroll.

Does it work for a meat transport company?

Yes for load operations and compliance: electronic meat waybill, SENASA permit with seal and temperature, guides, scale weighing, route sheet with status by stop and driver fleet records with expirations. Exit freight tariffs and transport service invoicing are quoted as custom development on the module.

Can I track my own livestock in fattening?

Yes. The livestock operations module tracks the lot with expenses, accruals, interest on capital and result at close, and can sell it live or send to slaughter.

Can I operate multiple companies?

Yes. Multi-company with hot switching, each with isolated data, and a test database with PIN for training without touching the real data.
